Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to prior authorisation from us.

To request a return authorisation, please contact our customer service team at sales@ksutra.co.uk  with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item. 

Returned products must be sent using a tracked and insured shipping service at your own cost unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our returns criteria, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@ksutra.co.uk with your order details and a description (photos are helpful).

We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for unopened products, per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

For cancellations before dispatch, please contact us promptly to avoid charges for return shipping.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the return is a result of our error.

Please retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
